  • Via ‘Contact us’ form.  If you complete a contact form, Badley Ashton will collect your name, email address and Company name, if applicable, so that we can effectively deal with your enquiry.
  • Via ‘Speculative Applications’ form.  When applying for a position or sending your CV, Badley Ashton will collect your name, telephone number, email address, CV and cover letter.  This information is required to ensure we can process your job application appropriately and assess your employment requirements.
  • Via email correspondence.  If you send an enquiry by email, Badley Ashton will collect your name and email address. In some instances, this may include your business name and address.  Again, this information is required in order to deal with and respond to your email enquiry.

Disclosure Of Data

Badley Ashton will not disclose your details to any third parties.

We may share your data within our organisation but only in cases specific to your enquiry, for example, a job application where we may need to share your CV with the Hiring Manager.

Any information collected by Badley Ashton will be treated confidentially and we will not contact you for any other reason than which you gave your details to us, ie, for a specific job application or for an enquiry.

Storage Of Data

Badley Ashton will securely store your data for a period of 12 months after which it will be permanently deleted.
