From Seeb airport take the dual carriageway (As Sultan Qaboos Street) towards Muscat/Mutrah. Exit the motorway after approximately 18km (signposted Al Khuwayr). At the traffic lights under the motorway, turn left. Turn right (first exit) after approximately 200m at the next set of traffic lights. Continue straight for about 3.5 km then turn left at the traffic lights (signposted Al Shatti Hospital and Ramada Qurum Beach). Go straight across the roundabout. Take the second turn left into a car park. When entering the car park, the Badley Ashton office is located in the building directly in front of you (signs include Precision Dental Clinic and Al Deyar restaurant). Enter through the south entrance of the building. The office is located on the third floor in flat 21.
From Muscat/Mutrah and Ruwi take the motorway towards Seeb airport. Exit the motorway at the signposts for Hayy as-Sarooj and Madinat al Ilam. At the roundabout turn left (3rd exit). Go straight for about 2 km passing one set of traffic lights then turn right at the second set of traffic lights (signposted Al Shatti Hospital and Ramada Qurum Beach).
