Knowledge Management Team & IT
The KMT & IT team work closely together to ensure the best facilities for our clients. The KMT manages technical data, information delivery systems and archive storage so that our clients and staff readily have the data and information they need. The Team's purpose is to retain and maximise knowledge, which is a key component in Badley Ashton as a whole being a competent 'corporate knowledge keeper'. The KMT also ensures an effective IT interface. The information technology front encompasses everything from hardware & software support to the creation of bespoke solutions, serving our internal needs and the needs of our clients. The team comprises Gerry Hyde (Knowledge and Facilities Manager), Jon Gant (IT Manager), Neil Bishop and Helen Leaper (KMT/IT Technical Assistants).
