Badley Ashton comprises over 50 staff worldwide, including 39 geological personnel, educated to M.Sc. or Ph.D. level.
The Company is organised in to seven geological Technical Work Groups that reflect our broad technical capability by specific depositional environment. Direct line management for these technical groups is provided by the Business Management Team comprising Regional Business Leaders, the Chief Geologist and the General Manager. Project management support for client, regional or specialist portfolios is provided by experienced internal Advisors that form a Performance Management Team. Regional office and contract managers complete the management structure.
Geological staff are carefully arranged in Technical Work Groups to provide focused expertise in sedimentology, petrography, structural and borehole image interpretation. The Chief Geologist, Advisors and managers provide the company's technical drive and quality assurance. The Technical Support Team offers routine technical assistance where it is needed and all project work is supported by experienced commercial administration, draughting, knowledge management and IT teams
